Content created by users and loyal brand followers is nothing new, and it is here to stay.
Brands are starting to think more strategically by reposting and sharing content generated by their followers. As this content already exists, why not curate it to your benefit. In addition, this is a great way to show users that you are interested in what they have to say and share.
Tip #2: Instagram is the new Website
Consumers and potential consumers are turning to Instagram instead of Google to search for a brand or business. Therefore, it has become essential that your Instagram profile is relevant and up to date, as it showcases your brand in the way that a website's homepage traditionally would.
Tip #3: Authenticity Dictates Engagement
One thing's for sure, today's consumer wants little to do with the fickle and fake. In this world of stimulation and over-communication, consumers just want you to level with them and be transparent about your brand.
So if you're not expressing your brand's essence in a manner that promotes authenticity and integrity, unfortunately, you're less likely to see consistent engagement from both your current and potential consumers.

Inclusivity starts internally, but it should be celebrated on your Instagram feed.
People want to be celebrated, to celebrate others and to see others being celebrated. And thankfully, the last to years have shown an increase in brands stepping up to actively represent their community both in real life and online.
